Junior Network Engineer (Network Installations)

  • Understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
  • Understands the issues involved in administering and maintaining corporate LAN and WAN.
  • Can wire network patch panels, patch leads, and test for errors.
  • Helps answer basic trouble calls/emails related to network infrastructure and basic network services.
  • Can provide support and interacts with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues.

Website Administrator (Back Office)

  • Experience in administrating and maintaining Web Sites.
  • Has basic knowledge of HTML and PHP.
  • Experience with paint packages such as Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing images.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with maintaining Blogs and social networks such as Twitter and Facebook.
  • Ability to research and compile news editorials on a daily basis.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Experience with marketing and working with publication agencies and news papers.
  • Creativity.

Support Officer (Back Office)

  • Provides responses to internal clients in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Windows clients and servers.
  • A good understanding of network topologies and services.
  • Ability to problem shooting skills.
  • Ability to direct clients over the phone through a Windows environment.
  • Up-to-date on all Internet trends.
  • Understands Internet jargon with an ability to communicate it to inexperienced users.
